Hemal started his real estate investing career in 2012 to focus on his passion of helping busy families achieve financial freedom through fantastic opportunities in commercial real estate investments. Prior to his career in real estate, Hemal provided management consulting services to several fortune 100 companies across three continents while creating a portfolio of businesses that he scaled and exited including an outsourcing company and a private lending firm. Hemal lives with his wife and twin children in Charlotte, North Carolina and loves golfing, music, and reading.

 Brandon Maxwell is a highly accomplished real estate developer, entrepreneur, and industry leader with a proven track record of success in large to mid-scale real estate development, multi-state entitlement processes, real estate law, land acquisition, and ground-up construction. Before co-founding Sage Equity and Terra Nexus Ventures, Brandon built and led a premier residential real estate construction and holdings company, transforming it into a leader in the market before executing a strategic sale. His deep understanding of land use policies, entitlement approvals, and municipal negotiations has allowed him to unlock significant value in complex, high-barrier-to-entry markets. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Brandon is deeply committed to his faith, family, and personal growth. 

Peter Vermette oversees back-office operations and ensures the company’s organizational systems run smoothly. Before joining Sage Equity and Terra Nexus, Peter served as Director of Operations at a private equity firm, where they streamlined processes and improved efficiency. With a strong background in operational strategy, Peter focuses on optimizing workflows to support sustainable growth. Peter Currently lives in Matthews with his wife, loves traveling, and spending time with his family.

With over 10 years of experience in real estate development and land entitlement, Austin is a key leader in shaping high-impact residential, data center, and industrial projects. His expertise spans site acquisition, zoning, and project execution, ensuring seamless development from concept to completion. Austin’s strategic vision and deep industry knowledge drive value for investors and communities alike. Austin currently lives in Charlotte with his fiancé and loves traveling.
